Terms and distance contract
These terms form a distance contract between SIA “FEGFE” and the buyer for the purchase of digital learning materials on fegfe.lv. By placing an order you confirm that you have read these terms.
1. Seller
SIA “FEGFE”, reg. No. 40203244016. Contact: info@xda.lv (the site's technical maintainer X DIGITAL ASSETS SIA receives and forwards messages to the seller).
2. Product
The site sells digital learning materials - printable PDF files for children learning English. The product is digital content and is not supplied on a physical medium.
3. Price and payment
All prices are in euro (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Payment is made online by card (Stripe) or in another way agreed with the seller. Orders are processed after payment is received.
4. Delivery
Materials are delivered electronically to the e-mail address you provide, normally within 1 business day of payment. There is no physical delivery.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. However, under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. By placing an order and receiving the materials by e-mail you consent to immediate delivery and confirm that the right of withdrawal ends at the moment of delivery. If the materials have not yet been delivered, you may withdraw by writing to info@xda.lv.
6. Licence to use
Purchased materials are for personal use in your family or your own teaching group. They may not be resold, published or distributed as your own.
7. Complaints and disputes
If you have concerns about a purchase, write to info@xda.lv first - we reply within 5 business days. Consumers may also contact the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (ptac.gov.lv) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr). Latvian law applies.
