Terms and distance contract

1. Seller

2. Product

The site sells digital learning materials - printable PDF files for children learning English. The product is digital content and is not supplied on a physical medium.

3. Price and payment

All prices are in euro (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Payment is made online by card (Stripe), by bank transfer against a prepayment invoice or in another way agreed with the seller. Orders are processed after payment is received.

• Payment by bank transfer: after you place the order, we send a prepayment invoice (PDF) to the e-mail address you provide, with the seller's bank details, the amount and the payment reference. A prepayment invoice is not a VAT invoice.
• The prepayment invoice must be paid within 7 days of its issue date, using the invoice number as the payment reference. If payment is not received in time, the order is not fulfilled; if you would still like it, please write to info@fegfe.lv.
• The materials are sent to the e-mail address you provide once payment has reached the seller's bank account (usually within 1 business day of the money arriving).
• Once payment is received, we send an invoice showing the payment date to the same e-mail address.

4. Delivery

Materials are delivered electronically to the e-mail address you provide, immediately after payment is received and within 1 business day at the latest. There is no physical delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. However, under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. By placing an order and receiving the materials by e-mail you consent to immediate delivery and confirm that the right of withdrawal ends at the moment of delivery. If the materials have not yet been delivered, you may withdraw by writing to info@fegfe.lv.

6. Licence to use

Purchased materials are for personal use in your family or your own teaching group. They may not be resold, published or distributed as your own.

7. Complaints and disputes

If you have concerns about a purchase, write to info@fegfe.lv first - we reply within 5 business days. Consumers may also contact the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (ptac.gov.lv) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr). Latvian law applies.
